Hands-On: Creating a Logo

 With every good company, there is always a logo. To create a logo, I used Canvas which can be used for multiple marketing strategies: logos, presentations, videos, flyers, resumes, posters, brochures, newsletters, menus, business cards, Facebook or Instagram posts, and more. There are templates for ideas, or you can start with a blank slate. The layout of the website makes it easy to work with and create something. The templates are also totally customizable.

In addition, the website allows for creativity and does not limit the user much on design. The basic level is free, but there is also a Pro level with payment for the resources. I am not that creative unless given at least an introductory template or game plan to work with. I appreciated the templates, and it was fairly straightforward.

The website allows the logo to be downloaded once it is completed. This allows the logo to be used on multiple other designs and marketing strategies that are created for the company. This is free to users, or the Pro version can be purchased. As a small business owner, this website could really be beneficial and save quite a bit of money for the marketing budget. Here is the final logo I created:
